Position Overview

Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Tri-County Therapy, LLC ("TCT") is a dedicated pediatric therapy organization that delivers therapeutic services for children from infancy through 18 years of age. Our mission is to ensure high-quality therapy for children while fostering a diverse workforce where every team member is encouraged to contribute their unique perspectives and reach their full creative potential.

TCT employs a comprehensive approach that includes speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. We operate clinics in various locations and also extend our services into natural settings such as homes, community spaces, and preschools.

We are in search of a skilled Child Aquatic Therapy Specialist (PT or OT) who aligns with TCT's core values and dedication to our families and team. Our facility features a unique custom therapy pool, maintained at therapeutic temperatures, equipped with water jets to facilitate movement in a serene therapeutic environment.

The selected candidate will provide therapy in the pool as well as traditional outpatient pediatric services in our connected clinic area.

Leadership Support: Our organizational structure includes a direct manager for you and your team, along with a Lead Physical/Occupational Therapist to offer clinical guidance, training, and documentation oversight.

Job Qualifications:

  • Active licensure in South Carolina is required.
  • Experience in Aquatic Therapy is advantageous.
  • Background in Sensory & Feeding Therapy is a plus.
  • Prior pediatric experience is mandatory, either through employment or clinical rotations.

Compensation Package:

Salary plus bonus commission structure, with earnings ranging from $60,000 to $85,000+ based on experience and productivity.
