As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating security incidents in real-time to protect our clients' internal partners and external customers from security violations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor and investigate security incidents in real-time to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of security incidents to determine root cause and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging security threats and trends to stay ahead of potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of security-related activities.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on incident response and threat hunting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards, including NERC CIP and CompTIA Security+.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with SIEM, email security, IPS, web security, application whitelisting, EDR, SOAR, and anomaly detection tools.
