Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Program Facilitator - Youth Mentor/Coach to lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, coaching, or child development, and be able to build trust with students and foster positive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our curriculum
  • Engage students in sports, games, and other activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Support students' behavioral management needs and provide a positive role model
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure a seamless program
  • Develop and implement outdoor lessons that increase excitement about learning
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences
  • Strong background in working with elementary and middle school students
  • Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various school sites
