Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers for each project to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Assess required site resources (labor, equipment, and materials) from initiation to completion while adhering to the project budget.
  • Organize all construction activities and schedule on-site work to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assist in procuring materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules on-site.
  • Provide daily updates to clients, including progress reports and photographs; maintain a daily log of site activities for each project.
  • Engage with clients daily regarding project status and address any inquiries.
  • Assign contracts to subcontractors and clarify their responsibilities.
  • Communicate quality and performance expectations to all subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Aim for defect-free and timely construction.
  • Oversee on-site project activities and offer guidance as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the job site.
  • Compile the Project Close-Out documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
