  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle specifications, and operational protocols.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Strong analytical abilities for data extraction and evaluation.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all management levels.
  • Experience in mentoring, conflict resolution, and coaching is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage stress effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform tasks related to computer operations.
  • Work in a distribution environment with varying temperature conditions.
