Key Responsibilities- Triage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage medication refills and authorizations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Communicate test results to patients and families, providing clear and concise information.
- Process FMLA and disability forms, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement.
- Minimum six months experience preferred, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- UPMC approved national certification preferred.
