Job Overview:
Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a skilled Chemical Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of parts in tanks according to specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order, and other requirements
• Calculate the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Remove parts from tank after specified time, rinse, and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in chemical processing preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
