About Four Hands: We are one of the largest home furnishing distributors, operating from multiple locations with extensive warehouse space. A role in our distribution center places you at the core of delivering products to our customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct custom pallets utilizing air-powered nail guns while adhering to safety protocols and assembly standards to ensure superior craftsmanship.
  • Employ tools such as power saws and table saws to cut wood to exact specifications, guaranteeing quality and uniformity in every piece.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of containers and trucks.
  • Handle palletized goods and organize them within the warehouse for optimal accessibility.
  • Verify items on all relevant documentation to ensure precise order fulfillment.
  • Achieve productivity targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Skilled in using and interpreting a measuring tape for accurate material handling.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Forklift operation experience and certification are beneficial.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
