**Concierge Position Summary**

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Concierge is responsible for the overall management and integrity of the building during weekends and scheduled shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
  • Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to their destinations.
  • Respond to resident concerns and provide administrative support.
  • Schedule appointments and manage mail and deliveries.
  • Be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and maintain knowledge of the BILD sales system.
  • Oversee weekend activities and notify the Executive Director of any issues.
  • Report maintenance needs to the Assistant Director.
