**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activity Assistant to join our team at HallKeen Assisted Living Communities LLC. As an Activity Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being of our residents.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and lead group and individual activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Develop and implement new programming ideas that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity.
  • Collaborate with the Activities Director to ensure that activities align with the community's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and clean up supplies and materials for activities.
  • Accompany residents on outings to prearranged locations.
  • Develop Daily Activity posters and monthly newsletters to keep residents informed about upcoming events.
  • Welcome new residents and introduce them to the activities of the community.
  • Assist other managers with special functions for residents, such as theme dinners or holiday decorating.
