Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a seamless customer experience by educating clients on the home building process and managing their expectations throughout.
  • Adapt to dynamic situations and shifting priorities while achieving your sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with clients from the initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including managing documentation, financial qualifications, and coordinating with lending institutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
