Position Overview
As a Residential Sales Advisor at Fischer Homes, you will engage directly with prospective home buyers, guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing their ideal home from our exquisite range of floor plans.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the home building journey by:

  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients and presenting our offerings.
  • Utilizing effective communication skills to foster trust and secure commitments from customers.
  • Adapting to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities to meet your objectives.
  • Building meaningful relationships with new clients on a regular basis.
  • Working weekends with two weekdays off to accommodate client schedules.

Essential Functions
Your expertise will be instrumental in:

  • Creating and implementing a strategic prospecting and marketing plan.
  • Guiding clients through the sales journey from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Managing customer expectations and overseeing all necessary documentation from contract to closing, including financial details and design meetings.
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Consulting with financial institutions to qualify prospects and facilitate the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
