About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at AAA Club Alliance. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products that meet their needs
- Establish strong relationships with customers and community partners to generate leads and referrals
- Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting sales metrics
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire
- Strong networking and prospecting skills to generate leads
- Ability to learn new computer programs and multitask
