Machinery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machinery Specialist to join our team at Flint Hills Resources. As a key member of our Machinery Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in driving equipment availability and uptime.

• Lead problem-solving efforts to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, collaborating with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for predictive maintenance, lubrication, alignment, and precision repair practices.
• Ensure organizational effectiveness by advancing PBM principles and culture.

• Five (5) years or more of rotating equipment or machinery reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
• Experience with reliability programs, including analysis, RCA, PdM, preventative maintenance, lubrication, equipment installation, and repair.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
