Your Job FHR Pine Bend is seeking qualified professionals to join our Machinery Asset Management team as a Machinery Specialist. The Machinery Specialist plays a crucial role in the plant's uptime by driving equipment availability through effective machinery anomaly diagnosis, equipment troubleshooting (pumps, compressors, and turbines) and cost-effective repair scoping. The machinery specialist provides valuable input for decision making, leveraging failure probabilities and range of outcomes to it key operations customers. Benefits Package Includes: Flexible Scheduling (This role is eligible a 9/80 or 4-10's work schedule) 401K Automatic Contribution along with competitive match 3 weeks' paid vacation Tuition Reimbursement What You Will Do Lead problem solving and diagnosing efforts in collaboration with other work groups (including maintenance, operations, monitoring, engineering, and external resources as needed) to help develop a proactive path forward for equipment issues; this includes equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance rebuild scopes. Provide technical support to both operations and maintenance personnel around machinery programs including predictive (PdM) maintenance, lubrication, alignment, and precision repair practices including machinery specs/standards. Ensure organizational effectiveness by advancing PBM principles and culture Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Five (5) years or more of rotating equipment or machinery reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment Experience with reliability programs (Analysis, RCA, PdM, preventative maintenance, lubrication, equipment installation and repair) What Will Put You Ahead Experience with condition monitoring techniques including vibration analysis Experience in troubleshooting general purpose rotating equipment (pumps, turbines) Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 (ten) years or more of reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment Certification in Vibration Analysis Lubrication Level I certification Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
