Job Summary

The Soccer Coach will be responsible for leading practice sessions, teaching fundamental skills, and promoting a positive sports culture. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, sport-specific knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Lead practice sessions focusing on skill development and fun
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
  • Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
