As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of field surveying, including construction stakeout, topographical surveys, and as-built surveys. You will also be responsible for maintaining and taking care of company equipment and vehicles, and ensuring the safety of yourself and others on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all phases of field surveying, including construction stakeout, topographical surveys, and as-built surveys
* Maintain and take care of company equipment and vehicles
* Ensure the safety of yourself and others on site
* Supervise and motivate instrument operators
* Positively represent the brand while communicating professionally and regularly with customers on site

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful, reliable surveying experience in a managerial role
* High School Diploma and strong math and computer skills
* The ability and desire to expand your skillsets and adapt to new technologies
* Highly proficient field coding to be used for field to finish auto linework
* Ability to complete additional certificates, such as OSHA (10, 30, 40, etc.)
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* Ability to work overtime as needed and travel with overnight stays if required

Physical Demands:

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8+ hours a day
* Exposure to all weather conditions: hot, cold, wet, humid, or other conditions caused by weather
