Position Overview:
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a dedicated Turn Down Attendant who shares our commitment to excellence and is passionate about providing an exceptional service experience. The Turn Down Attendant is responsible for creating a comfortable evening atmosphere in guest rooms by refreshing the space and preparing it for a restful night. This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping.
Core Responsibilities:
- Remove used towels and replace them with fresh ones from the linen closet. Turn down beds and change linens as needed. Clean any wet surfaces in the bathroom. Fold any clothing left in the room and place it appropriately. Dispose of trash and refill ice buckets.
- Restock used amenities such as shampoo, soap, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
- Prepare vacant rooms for turndown service for incoming guests.
- Conduct full cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
- Assist House Attendants with their duties during busy periods, including making rollaway beds.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
