Job Description:

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aggregate Mining and Processing Specialist to join our team at our Desert Center facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate Heavy Equipment:
  • Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment, including haul trucks, front-end loaders, and excavators.
  • Material Handling: Shuttle feed material, raw materials, and processed aggregates around both production plants.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in site grading, road maintenance, and general upkeep of the plant and surrounding areas.
  • Excavation and Earth Moving: Perform excavation and trenching tasks to support mining operations, site preparation, and other construction-related activities.
  • Monitor and Maintain Equipment:
  • Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
  • Make adjustments as needed to maintain efficient and safe operation.
  • Assist in minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a mining, construction, or industrial setting.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Estimated Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
