Responsibilities
* Meet and communicate with customers daily to provide product information and resolve complaints
* Build rapport with potential new customers to establish open lines of communication and trust
* Maintain a positive demeanor towards customers at all times
* Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions

Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport in a fast-paced setting
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a solution-oriented mindset
* Positive attitude and confident demeanor
* Superior organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

Compensation
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
