Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Assist in the training of lower-level technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including electronic documentation of work orders
- Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, ensuring timely and efficient service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- 3-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining equipment and tools
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
