Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Asset Manager to join our team at LDG Development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our designated portfolio of communities by evaluating their performance, developing strategic business plans, and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate property performance, develop strategic business plans, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor financial operating results, analyze variances, and implement changes to enhance cash flow and profitability.
  • Oversee cash management, review monthly forecasts, and manage cash reserves to ensure timely funding requests.
  • Approve annual operating budgets, project cash flow, and schedule cash sweeps from properties.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to identify challenges, execute solutions, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-family asset management or 5 years of experience at the regional property management level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial analysis and real estate accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
