At Johns Hopkins HealthCare, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's and Infant's Services Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various units within the Women's and Infant's Services department, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to women and infants in various units within the Women's and Infant's Services department.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
- Associates' Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- AHA CPR card.
- 2+ years L&D RN experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in at least two specialty areas (L&D, post-partum, NICU).
