The Branch Coordinator role at CenterWell Home Health is a dynamic position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our medical records and billing department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including admission, recertification, and post-hospital packets.
- Process and follow up on orders, 485s, and other critical documents to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and agency policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; typing and clerical skills essential.
- Minimum two years' experience in the healthcare industry, with one year in home health.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
