Key Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients as needed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, ambulation, and transferring.
- Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
- Chart and document patient care and behaviors as required.
- Perform various housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in patient care or a related field preferred.
- NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification from an approved certified nursing aide training program preferred.
