**Responsibilities**

  • Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records
  • Process payments from departing guests, collect cash and credit card information, and balance guest accounts
  • Perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing cash and guest accounts, reviewing accounts and charges with guests during check-out, and posting charges for rooms, food, and beverage
  • Attend training sessions and practice training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) along with one to three months related experience and/or training
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Proficiency in English language required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
