Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to detainees, addressing both routine and urgent medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized medical personnel.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain a secure environment during the administration of care, prioritizing safety and compliance with facility protocols.
- Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program is required.
- Possession of a valid LPN license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support is necessary.
Work Schedule:
- Available shifts include Day (7A-7P) and Night (7P-7A) schedules, along with PRN opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $30.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
