Job Summary

CITP Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Representative to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and accurate setup of accounts.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective communication plans with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to ensure accurate receipt of documentation and timely completion of onboarding activities.
  • Account Setup and Maintenance: Perform screening activities, reconcile accounts, and perform audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance internal and external customer relationships.
  • Customer Support and Escalation: Monitor and manage customer accounts, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to systematize additional processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interact with other staff to facilitate and execute proper account creation, shipment validations, and tracking.
  • Team Meetings and Reporting: Participate in team meetings, bringing information about activities and transactions to the team for review and reporting of issues and adherence to general procedures and practices.
  • Customer and Service Provider Interaction: Interact with customers and service providers, handling customer requests, research, and preparing management reports and spreadsheets.
  • Account Receivable Activities: Manage and facilitate maintenance activities and requests associated with existing customers, including contract maintenance, RMAs, credit memos, re-contracts, and operational activities around customer shipments.
