Job Summary

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional status and occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address patients' goals and objectives.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patients' independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
