Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional status and occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address patients' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques to promote independence.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
