Company Overview: Maison Miru is an emerging independent jewelry studio dedicated to crafting unique pieces that resonate with our customers. We are seeking a Creative Manager to enhance our brand presence across diverse platforms.

Position Summary: The Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the creative direction of various initiatives. This position requires leading a team of freelance creatives, including designers and copywriters, to generate compelling content and campaigns. The Creative Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that all creative outputs are in line with the company's branding strategy and objectives. You will oversee the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction fosters a memorable brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Direction: Formulate and communicate the comprehensive creative vision and strategy for the brand, products, and campaigns. Coordinate with all relevant creative personnel and act as a liaison between creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Brand Integrity: Uphold and refine the brand identity across all channels, ensuring uniformity and clarity in communication (Social Media, Email, Website, Packaging, etc.).
  • Photography Oversight: Direct and oversee the photographic style for both on-model and off-model shoots. Be present at all photoshoots to provide artistic guidance, ensuring that brand standards and project objectives are achieved.
  • Team Development: Inspire and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals, promoting a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the creative workflow from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, operations, and product development teams to ensure that creative strategies align with overarching business goals.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep creative outputs relevant and innovative.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate sales performance and utilize data to inform decisions and enhance future marketing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that surpass expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a creative leadership role, ideally within the direct-to-consumer or fashion industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects and campaigns, demonstrating your ability to lead creative processes and achieve outstanding results.
  • Skills: Exceptional creative vision, strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Innovative Thinking: A proven ability to think creatively and solve problems, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
