Clean Energy Lending Manager Job Description

The University of Southern California is seeking a highly skilled Clean Energy Lending Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our green and clean energy loan programs. This role will play a critical part in aligning our credit union with community values, meeting market demand, engaging members, and contributing to local and global sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new loan programs and establish business relationships with external partners.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies specific to green lending in collaboration with internal staff to achieve program goals.
  • Coordinate product adjustments in response to potential subsidy sources from public and private sector partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in consumer lending and management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of consumer lending regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in consumer lending and management.
  • Experience with solar lending, student lending, and credit card products.
