As a Catering Operations Assistant at Atticus Market, you will play a vital role in the execution and completion of catering orders. You will work closely with the Catering Manager and assist on a daily basis, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Preparation and Execution: Prepare packaging and pack food at Atticus Market ahead of scheduled catering orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with the Atticus Market Management team and kitchen staff to successfully package food and depart on time, communicating effectively to resolve any delivery issues.
- Delivery and Logistics: Deliver orders in a safe and timely manner, strategically loading and delivering orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their guests.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of Atticus Market's products, including beverages, bread, pastry, and prepared foods, to effectively communicate with clients and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation: Maintain a reliable, clean vehicle in good repair, with current registration and insurance, and a valid driver's license.
- Safe Driving Record: Possess a strong and safe driving record, with a focus on road safety and responsible driving practices.
