Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the food and beverage buffet sections, ensuring that we maintain exceptional quality and consistency. It is essential to comply with all health, sanitation, and cleanliness regulations that align with state and local Health Board inspections, as well as our brand and hotel standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and/or transport all food and beverage items along with necessary supplies, equipment, and materials to and from the buffet areas.
  • Adhere to company, hotel, and brand standards to promote a safe and efficient operation.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure sufficient supplies of food, beverages, trays, plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, etc., to serve all guests; replenish buffet items as needed.
  • Greet guests and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating any serious issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept work and buffet area; empty trash receptacles and clear tables as necessary.
  • Encourage teamwork and quality service through effective communication and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications
  • Ability to carry large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a busy environment throughout the shift.
  • Food Handlers Card is required.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
