Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop a strong understanding of our database and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Make suggestions for improving workflow processes and enhancing profitability
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
- Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Customer service experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is also a plus.
