Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain market mix models (MMMs) and brand equity models to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Lead client engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing analytics solutions
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize client marketing budgets and improve ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and econometrics
  • Collaborate with the Data Operations and Solutions Architecture team to develop new product ideas and features
  • Oversee a team of analysts to deliver high-quality marketing analytics and effectiveness studies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing effectiveness, including MMM and brand equity modeling
  • 4+ years of experience applying marketing effectiveness, including budget sizing and portfolio optimization
  • 1+ years of experience in team leadership, specifically in growing marketing analytics teams
  • 1+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in econometrics, numerical linear algebra, multivariate analysis, and statistical learning
  • Proficient in statistical computing, data and spreadsheet tools, and programming languages

We offer a competitive salary range of $81,500 - $128,000, medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
