Occupational Therapist

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Golf, Illinois.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

• Provision of Patient Care: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being.
• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions to address functional limitations and promote optimal outcomes.
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Daily Operations: Participate in daily operations, including patient scheduling, treatment planning, and documentation. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

• Licensure and Certification: Current Occupational Therapist license in Illinois or Wisconsin.
• Education and Experience: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience in occupational therapy.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
