Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Technician IIIJob SummaryAs a Commercial Maintenance Technician III, you will provide technical maintenance support to our site-based electrician, HVAC Technician, and other tradespeople. You will assist with various technical and non-technical tasks within a facilities environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders as required.
- Perform light carpentry and painting tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in safety and code regulations through seminars and educational means.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors on work performed and status of mechanical systems.
- Use voltage testers and multi-meters to verify electrical current.
- Read and understand English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Start up and secure equipment in designated buildings as requested by supervisors.
- Assist with structural trades and other tasks as required.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to safety programs and standards.
- Answer trouble calls under direct supervision and complete assigned preventative maintenance work.
