Licensed Outpatient Therapist: Child Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our Child Outpatient team in Willimantic, CT. As a key member of our team, you will provide assessment and treatment interventions to children, adolescents, and families.
Responsibilities- Provide assessment and treatment interventions consistent with evidence-based models.
- Document client progress and outcomes.
- Develop and implement discharge plans utilizing natural supports.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers.
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
- Responsible for maintaining client and staff records.
- Participate in weekly supervision and meetings.
- Develop and provide therapeutic group, individual, and family therapy.
- Master's degree in a mental health field.
- Demonstrated experience as a psychotherapist working with people with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders.
- Relevant experience to the program model.
- Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of CT.
