Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with neurological conditions, including Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other movement disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and mobility.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient neurological setting.
