Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team at CTI, Inc. in Laveen, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine issues on a variety of equipment, including tractors, trailers, and generators.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Inspect and repair equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex issues and improve overall fleet performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
