- Meet Regulatory Requirements: Maintain current licensure, certification, and training requirements as specified by the State of Wisconsin.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Licensure: Current and valid State of Wisconsin Paramedic license required.
- Certification: Current and valid American Heart Association CPR certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic; critical care accreditation highly desirable.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 125 pounds; meet fitness for duty requirements set forth by Bell Ambulance policies.
