  • Supervise daily staffing requirements and ensure compliance with duties.
  • Attend Medicare and Care Plan meetings.
  • Participate in the facility's Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement program.
  • Assume duties of Director of Nursing in their absence.
  • Rotate after-hours on-call duties as assigned.
  • May be required to work floor as a staff nurse in the event of a nursing shortage.

Requirements:

  • LPN/RN License in the state of Missouri.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
