We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Scripps Green Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing life-saving care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest transplant procedures and best practices
- Current CA RN License
- Current American Heart Association BLS
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
- One year RN experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Scripps Green Hospital is a 173-bed medical campus located in the heart of La Jolla. Our Bone Marrow Transplant Unit features 24 private rooms and a dedicated team with a 3-4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
