Position Summary

The Senior Technician position is a critical role in our organization, requiring a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, including drivability and electrical systems. You will also be expected to mentor and lead a team of technicians to achieve increased customer satisfaction and care.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems to specifications.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience and completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Maintains Federal, State, and Local certification/license where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
