Job Title: Automotive Senior Technician

Bridgestone Retail Operations is part of Bridgestone Americas, a leading tire and automotive services company. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Senior Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Technician position requires a highly skilled and technical individual to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Assist in performing technical activities and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
