Job Title: Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with accurate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit setting
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
