Job Summary:
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Progressive Care Unit to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, AZ. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit setting
Current RN license in the state of practice
BLS certification
Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
