About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns about our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and be able to communicate their benefits and potential side effects to patients.
  • Order Processing: Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, including unexpected customer needs and product availability.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
  • Cash Handling: Must have prior cash handling experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday, with the ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
