Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about various products and their effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the LOD/Reception team to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with returns, process patient orders, and maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, including delivery and online support duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in retail and/or customer service.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license for the Delivery Driver role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, with occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods and ascend/descend stairs as needed.

• Up to 40 hours weekly, with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
